Workshops for Teams & Groups
Are you a coach, athletic director, sport facility or club director, or a team representative that wants to introduce sport psychology topics and techniques to their team(s)? You’re in the right place. I offer single workshops, or a series, tailored to your needs.
Team workshops take many forms: classroom-style lectures, active learning through team-building games, facilitated discussions, or a combination thereof. Reach out, and let’s talk about what you want and how I can help.

Workshops can help breathe new life into your team. My support provides guidance, tools, and a plan that is customized to your athletes. You’ll feel more effective as a coach, and your players can tap into their potential with increased confidence, courage, and focus.
It is helpful to know that mental performance coaching workshops are not a replacement for mental-health support or therapy. Workshops will be focused on addressing performance-related concerns.
Workshops start at $500.
Workshops take place online via video conference or in-person in the Portland, Oregon area (COVID-depending).
