Partner Sessions & Group Coaching

Want to upgrade how you and your teammates or partner communicate and support one another?

Mental performance coaching for pairs or groups is a powerful experience that strengthens connection, perspective, and resilience.

  • You practice together.

  • You lift and train together.

  • You play together.

Let’s elevate your mental game together.

Like one-on-ones, partner and group coaching sessions are motivational and instructional. I use a variety of interactive exercises, reflections, worksheets, visualization and mindfulness exercises, and videos to coach and connect with my clients. Our meetings will be tailored to your needs and goals.

Ready to strengthen your connection with your partner or teammates?

Elite athletes know that where the mind goes, the body follows—so understanding effective sport psychology and mindfulness techniques is critical to their performance and overall well-being.

Partner and group sessions provide space to understand yourself and your teammates better. My support provides guidance, tools, and a plan that is customized to your needs.

It is helpful to know that mental performance coaching is not therapy. Your sessions will be focused on addressing your performance-related concerns.

Single sessions start at $100 per person.
Sessions offered in packages & payment plans are available.

Sessions typically take place online via video chat. I have limited availability for in-person coaching sessions in the Portland, Oregon area.

Getting started is easy:

  • Schedule a free 30-minute call.

  • I’ll answer your questions.

  • If you’d like to proceed, we’ll customize your coaching plan to fit your goals, timeframe, and budget.

While I safeguard the privacy of my clients, they are happy to share helpful feedback…

“Anna helped me adjust how I view myself on the court when I was lacking confidence and … switch my mindset to be more aggressive rather than timid.”

“Anna provided me with perspective when I am frustrated, and allowed me to see mistakes in a new light. She helped make me feel more free as a player.”
